Beginners Yoga Immersion with Kelly
Join Kelly for our beginners yoga immersion held over 4 Sundays. Each session we will focus on specific groups of poses and show you pose modifications if you need them, enabling you to find your personal yoga practice in a safe and supportive environment. Our final session includes a full spectrum flow to bring it all together and give you the confidence to continue your yoga journey. Our beginners immersion is designed with absolute beginners in mind but is also suitable for anyone wanting to gain a deeper understanding of the basics.
