
Beginners Yoga Immersion With Kerrie
Join Kerrie for our beginners yoga intensive immersion held over 2 Sundays. Each session we will focus on specific groups of poses including standing poses, balances, backbends, twists, hip openers and inversions. Our final session includes a full spectrum flow to bring it all together and give you the confidence to continue your yoga journey.
We will teach you some basic yogic philosophy, pranayama (breath control), meditation & anatomy and show you pose modifications if you need them, enabling you to find your personal yoga practice in a safe and supportive environment. Our beginners immersion is designed with absolute beginners in mind but is also suitable for anyone wanting to gain a deeper understanding of the basics. We take our time exploring alignment principles and finding a functional practice for every individual.
