Unlocking the Power of Sound - Mantra Yoga Workshop with Katie
Mantra chanting is an important component of Yoga. In this class we will look into the benefits of mantra chanting and how it is used traditionally to cross the vast ocean of the mind and enter into the heart. Chanting is an anchor that will constantly remind us where we are headed and is truly the simplest way to quiet the monkey mind.
We will use chants to invigorate; to soothe and soften and to strengthen helpful qualities that already exist within. The class will include simple movement, breathing practices and meditation infused with mantra.
