Linda Young is a 56 year old Clinical Nutritionist who has a passion for educating and helping women navigate their health and nutrition through perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
Ellie Gleeson is a 42 year old yoga teacher at SoHo, who suddenly entered menopause at age 40 due to preventive surgery to fight a cancer gene.
