Join us for the first Yoga for Mental Health offering for 2025 - allowing yourself to slow down, do less and explore how it feels to be rested, relaxed, calm, safe in your body & mind. 

In our busy, demanding lives it is all too easy for our nervous system to become dysregulated - leading to sleeping problems, stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, exhaustion, digestive issues, tight body & pain. This workshop combines the wisdom of western psychology and the ancient teachings of yoga to help you cultivate calm, resilience, emotional balance, and a deeper connection and relationship to your own body.

This embodied workshop is designed to provide you with a deeper understanding of your own unique nervous system, offering practical tools to enhance your emotional well-being and overall health. 

During this informative, embodied offering you will be exploring various tools and techniques to assist with bringing regulation back into your system. By the end you will have learnt and emobdied practical tools and movements and have a self-care home practice to help you take control of your well-being.

We shall explore various yoga and breathing practices to support your nervous system, depending upon what state you are in. We finish with a guided Yoga Nidra - deep relaxation meditation - to allow the fruits of the practice to integrate into your nervous system.

Nicole is an eating disorder, mental health & trauma informed yoga teacher. She has lived experience with her own mental health issues and all the techniques you will be taught, Nicole uses to manage and control her own mental health & well-being.

An experiential embodied workshop full of education and practical applications for a healthy regulated nervous system. Time to take control of your mental health by using your own inner pharmacy.

This workshop will be taught from a trauma & mental health informed perspective. Everybody is welcome. No prior yoga experience required. Investment $60 (Members 25% discount).
