Yoga workshop for strength in brisbane

Join personal trainer and yoga teacher Nirvana for this practical workshop developing a home and/or gym based strength program to support your yoga practice.

Complimenting your yoga practice with body weight or gym based strength work helps to relieve body niggles and protect from injury.

In this workshop you will learn a resistance program that can be practiced at home using a band supplied in the workshop, and a generic gym program to support your yoga practice, as well as enjoy a deep stretch with balls, bands and bolsters.

Target areas include glutes, core, leg and shoulder strength, plus discussion around listening to your body and adjusting, and alignment principles for glute activation.
