How you breathe is how you live. Your breath reflects the state of your nervous system and your lived experiences. Come and explore your breath and reconnect to your emotions with accredited Breathwork Therapist and fellow SoHo member, Alisa Craig.
The breath holds all experiences – positive and negative – and certain breath techniques can help release entrenched emotions, beliefs and traumas from your past. Directly accessing your autonomic nervous system, breathwork can enable deep somatic change. Changing the way you breathe, changes the way you feel.
In this workshop, you will explore a gentle breathwork practice to clear emotional blockages. This will help you discover and dissolve the blocks in your life so you can reconnect with yourself and feel more peaceful and energized.
This breathwork technique is a safe and gentle way to relieve stress, anxiety, boost digestion, balance your energy and improve sleep. Additionally, you will understand where emotions live in your body and gain a breath exercise you can do at home to reduce stress.
Alisa is an accredited Breathwork Therapist from the Australian Breathwork Association.
