Our beautiful, boutique yoga studio in Brisbane’s inner north offers 35 classes per week including rise & shine, vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, slow flow & restorative yoga classes, plus specialised mindful slow flow and yoga for back care classes. We are delighted to collaborate with our friends at QRoasters Coffee in Stafford to offer affordable and accessible pop-up yoga classes in the local community. Our community classes are designed as a gentle introduction to yoga and meditation for all levels of fitness and flexibility, from as little as $10/class.
We proudly partner with not-for-profit organisation, The Yoga Partnership, to offer low-cost Cancer Care Yoga classes in our Grange studio. These classes are open and accessible to all experiencing any form of cancer. Lead by senior, experienced SoHo Yoga teacher and cancer survivor, Danique Hanson.
