Amanda Zdanowicz

SoHo owner, director and teacher Amanda is an eternal student of yoga and has studied under international teachers including Julie Smerdon, Shiva Rea, Sarah Powers and Elena Brower. Her creative vinyasa and mindful yin yoga classes incorporate contemporary themes that empower students to take their practice off the mat and into their daily lives.

Alexandra connects with the practice of yoga as an ongoing inquiry into how to be completely engaged and intimate with the wild force that runs through everything. Her nurturing classes help students establish an equanimous, calm abiding centre and allow an intuitive awareness to filter through our relationships, our work and our play.

Bec Gee

Bec Gee

One of Bec’s favourite things about yoga is the feeling of joy and lightness that is found within the practice. As her teacher used to say, “You can take your yoga practice seriously, but don’t take yourself too seriously!” Bec also offers mat Pilates and believes the strength and focus of Pilates compliments the joy and lightness of yoga.

Danique Hanson

Danique Hanson

As a former gymnast, Danique began practicing yoga to maintain a connection to her love of strong, flexible body movement. Her classes emphasise strengthening the body, and regaining and maintaining mobility, all while find moments of connected bliss. Danique also loves to teach restorative, yin yoga & meditation.

Ellie Gleeson

Ellie Gleeson

Ellie’s yoga practice is founded on strength and softness. She has a deep understanding of the importance of both emotional and energetic strength, and a love of language that she employs in her classes to guide and calm the mind. Ellie is deeply driven by the desire to help others find the strength and softness that yoga has given her, while providing a moving, powerful meditation for the body.

Julie Smerdon

Julie Smerdon

Julie has been sharing yoga, meditation, and inspiration for nearly three decades. Having studied under master teachers in both disciplines, she offers these practices as a pathway to help people cultivate a richer, more joyful experience of life. Blending strong technique with perceptive insights that ignite the soul, Julie is known for her trademark warmth, humour, and enthusiasm. Her masterful teaching style draws from a deep well of knowledge and lived experience.

Kelly Hankin

Kelly Hankin

Kelly has been practicing yoga for most of her adult life and while she was initially drawn to the physical practice, she has come to focus on, and have a greater appreciation for the psychological and physiological benefits of yoga. Kelly’s practice focuses on being introspective as she invites a sense of mindfulness, and a strong connection between the mind and the body.

Kerrie Benham

Kerrie Benham

Kerrie began practicing yoga over 20 years ago to reduce stress working in a high pressure corporate environment. She juggles a busy life and two teenage children so yoga is integral to her day. She is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga for body and mind with whoever will listen. Kerrie’s classes focus on connecting breath with movement to create space within the body and calmness within the mind.

Nicola Bone

Nicola Bone

As a former athlete, Nicola discovered yoga as a healing practice to aid in recovery and restoration. With time the ancient teachings became more than physical and started Nicola on a journey of self-inquiry and self-compassion. Nicola teaches with a strong focus on alignment, strength and body awareness, and enjoys holding space for people to cultivate peace and calm in their life.

Nicole Sanders

Mum-of-four Nicole has been a dedicated yogi most of her adult life and is passionate about yoga not only as a physical practice but also as a philosophy for everyday living. She has a special interest in yoga as a modality to help manage and take control of ones mental health and teaches from a trauma and mental health aware perspective.  

Nirvana McBeath

Nirvana McBeath

Nirvana is a fitness coach and yoga teacher who shares yoga so there is more kindness and love in this world. She weaves in the 8 limbs of yoga and her own experiences of how yoga has helped her in her own life and wellness journey. Expect pranayama and a well considered sequence with a specific theme or peak pose in mind, and lots of options to find your yin/yang balance.

Sheila Ferguson

Sheila Ferguson

With her teachings rooted in the Anusara lineage, Sheila’s powerful yet accessible classes and grounded translation of esoteric prose are just some of what she’s come to be known for. With a strong focus on alignment and expansion, her offerings highlight the divine in all bodies, experiences, and challenges that life has to offer.

Susan Pickering

Susan Pickering

Beginning with the practice of hot yoga, Susan’s journey has slowly and soulfully guided her toward a deep love for Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Meditation. These slower, intentional practices have become a pathway home—a space to soften, to listen, and to reconnect. Susan’s hope is to create and hold space where others can breathe deeply, feel supported, and return to themselves with gentleness and presence.

Tes Byrnes

Tes Byrnes

Tes has been a lifelong advocate for health and wellbeing. With a passion for holistic wellness she is a qualified personal trainer, Pilates instructor and yoga teacher. Tes’ classes are focused moving with breath, strength and alignment. Classes are combined with flow and long deep stretches.
