Awakening to the Divine ~ Yoga Immersion & 200hr Teacher Training

2024 course dates & programme

Our training is offered as progressive programme corresponding with the 7 primary Chakras over 8 weekends. Training will be delivered over 2 tuition days per weekend if choosing the 16-day Yoga Immersion, or 3 tuition days per weekend (including Mondays) if choosing the 24-day (200hr) Yoga Teacher Training.

Module 1 ~ Sat 17 & Sun 18 February + Mon 19 February (YTT students only)

Module 2 ~ Sat 16 & Sun 17 March + Mon 18 March (YTT students only)

Module 3 ~ Sat 20 & Sun 21 April + Mon 22 April (YTT students only)

Module 4 ~ Sat 18 & Sun 19 May + Mon 20 May (YTT students only)

Module 5 ~ Sat 15 & Sun 16 June + Mon 17 June (YTT students only)

Module 6 ~ Sat 13 & Sun 14 July + Mon 15 July (YTT students only)

Module 7 ~ Sat 10 & Sun 11 August + Mon 12 August (YTT students only)

Module 8 ~ Sat 7 & Sun 8 September + Mon 9 September (YTT students only)

Attendance Hours

Saturdays 10.30am - 5.30pm

Sundays 9.00am - 4.00pm

Mondays 9.00am - 4.00pm (YTT students only)

N.B. All training days will take place at SoHo Yoga Grange studio.
