This offering is to assist in resetting your nervous system. During this informative, practical workshop you will be taught tools in which you can weave into your daily life to help manage and take control of your mental health.
You will learn breathing exercises, simple movements & mindfulness techniques and will be guided through a mindfulness meditation. All these tools will help you to reset & down regulate your nervous system.
Nicole is a Mental Health Aware trained yoga teacher. She has experienced her own mental health issues in the past and all the techniques you will be taught, Nicole uses daily to manage and control her own mental health.
This workshop will be taught from a trauma & mental health informed perspective. All welcome. No prior yoga experience required. Investment $45pp (members 25% discount).
